Every purchase from Enjoy comes with FREE hand-delivery and setup by an Enjoy Expert. They will spend up to an hour with you to get your product up and running. This can include anything from an unboxing, to a product tour, to personalized tips and tricks - anything you need to get the most out of your new purchase.

When can I schedule my Visit?
Whenever you'd like! Enjoy Experts are available to meet with you seven days a week, based on availability in your area.
How do I schedule a product delivery and Expert Visit?
Order any one of our growing list of products and before you checkout you can pick exactly when and where you'd like your Expert to meet you. They can come to your home, your office, even your local coffee shop.

How should I prepare for my Visit?
Don't worry. Your Expert will reach out to you before your Visit. But keep in mind, if you plan to connect other devices during your visit, make sure to have those with you. To sync content or link accounts, you'll need your account info and passwords with you (i.e. iCloud, Wi-Fi, etc.). Finally, make sure to have a valid form of ID present to confirm that you scheduled the Visit.
How do prices compare to other sites?
We only offer the best products, for the same price you'd pay on other sites or at other retailers. For that same price, we're able to offer hand-delivery and Expert help for FREE with every purchase because we've looked at things a little differently. Instead of investing in stores, we invest in people.
What if I need to change the date, time or location that I scheduled?
No problem! Simply log into your account and visit the Orders page to reschedule. You can also click the reschedule link in your confirmation email or give us a call at 1-888-GO-ENJOY or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'd be glad to help.
Why should I create an account?
With an Enjoy account, you can easily review order details and reschedule Visits; set preferences to receive custom content; access Follow up Visits for additional help with your product.
How much should I tip my Enjoy Expert?
Our Experts love to get tips: where to park, which doorbell to ring, or a great new neighborhood restaurant to try. And high-fives are strongly encouraged. But Experts will not accept gratuities or gifts.
What if I need more help with my product?
We get it - sometimes you need a little more help. Our Experts are happy to return to ensure you are getting the most out of your product. To purchase a Follow up Visit, simply log into your account, select the product you need help with, and schedule your next Visit.
Can you fix my broken device?
We love helping you get more out the great products that you already own. We can help update software and optimize settings, however, if your device is physically broken or requires any repair, Enjoy Experts will happily recommend a more appropriate service.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
Things change, we get it. If you need to change or cancel an order before delivery, or if your product isn't working out for you within 30 days of your Enjoy Visit (or 14 days for AT&T visits), give us a call at 1-888-GO-ENJOY or email email@example.com and we'll see how we can help.
